Kimberley Red is sourced exclusively from cattle bred, raised and finished by the family company on their extensive Queensland cattle properties. The cattle are a unique composite blend derived from leading Bos Taurus genetics. The aim of the breeding program is to maximise eating quality whilst maintaining finishing ability and production efficiency.
